Review: Fraggle Rock is a cult favorite amongst certain 1980s loonatics. For the record...I'm one of those lunatics. The show has been released in recent years, and then released in full seasons again by Lionsgate. To accompany these seasons, a few single disc DVDs have made it out into the marketplace. This is the latest. If you're on the fence about Fraggle Rock for yourself or you just don't know if your kids will dig it enough to invest in seasons, this is the DVD for you.
The DVD has a running springtime theme with three episodes from the classic Jim Henson show. It also has a bonus feature of one of the episodes from the animated series, which is also available on DVD. Will your kids like Fraggle Rock? Its full of singing...good lessons..and most importantly...MUPPETS! How can you go wrong there? If they like Sesame Street or the Muppets then they'll love Fraggle Rock! You aren't sure if it stands the test of time? It does. You love it. Buy it. Do it! Now!
