Synopsis: Blue Valentine is the story of love found and love lost told in past and present moments in time. Flooded with romantic memories of their courtship, Dean and Cindy use one night to try and save their failing marriage. Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams star in this honest portrait of a relationship on the rocks.

Review: This film is about love.  Its not cheesy movie love or unrealistic romance..its a real marriage.  We follow the relationship of Dean and Cindy as the film goes back and forth between the past and the present we see the contrast and the cracks that now exist in their strained relationship.

This movie is one of the best dramas I've seen come to blu-ray so far this year.  Its very moving and certainly insightful, especially if you're married or in a very serious long-term relationship.  The special features on this blu-ray include: Deleted Scenes, Making of Blue Valentine, Commentary and Home Movies.
