Review: The Kids In the Hall was a classic sketch-comedy show that came out of Canada back in 1989 to 1994. The comedy was absolutely original and a fantastic watch, especially for the younger crowds. If you don't own this series yet, this is your chance. This set is very similar to the previous release, but this one has slim cases and includes the Death Comes to Town Mini-Series from IFC (see below). This is an amazing set and a must-have for any fan!
The special features include: An Oral History-Season 1: 45 Minutes of Interviews with the Kids and Lorne Michaels, An Oral History-Season 2: 15 minutes with the Kids, Paul Bellini, and Lorne Michaels, Audio Commentary by The Kids, 10 Best-of Compilations Featuring Fan-Favorite Sketches, Over 90 Minutes of Original Performances from the Rivoli Theater, Archival Footage Never-Before-Seen-on-TV and Full sketch listing, poster gallery, cast bios, slideshows, and more…
For those died-in-the-wool-dress KiTH fans, this May, A&E will release THE KIDS IN THE HALL: DEATH COMES TO TOWN a must-own, all-new 8-episode comedy series that originally ran on IFC in 2010. It will be available individually, as a 2-DVD set, as well as part of the KiTH MegaSet.
