Review: The Secretariat is one of those films that could easily be overlooked. At face value its a film about a woman and her horse.  What you have underneath this is a movie about struggle in all walks of life and the drive to succeed.  Secretariat was a real-life award winning horse, being the Triple Crown winner back in 1973.  Diane Lane plays her owner, trying to make ground in a very male-dominated sport.   The film features a great supporting cast, headed by the legendary John Malkovich.  This movie has a lot of heart and is a great family feature.  This film looks great in blu-ray high definition.  The racing scenes are full of action and drama and come off amazing.
