Review: Wolverine and the X-Men is without a doubt my absolute favorite animated series on the air today. It has proven itself to be a fantastic show with high quality writing from the likes of comic great Chris Yost. I've spoken with Chris in the past when he was associated with Batman and he's a very nice guy. His writing is bar none some of the best I've had the pleasure of viewing.
This fifth volume of the first season of Wolverine and the X-Men, titled Revelation, is the culmination of a fantastic and lengthy season that has built to a confrontation with Apocalypse. If you're not familiar with the show, then you'll want to purchase the previous four volumes to get caught up, but if you have watched the show already you know how great it truly is.

This single disc release features episodes 19-23 of the 26 episode season. We have one more volume to go and so many revelations are made in these episodes, like the discovery of Jean Grey....ALIVE! I cannot recommend this DVD enough.
