Review: This DVD set collects the complete second season of the Showtime network cancer drama The Big C.  The show is largely a drama, although its intertwined with some great laughs here and there to keep you going.  The show centers around a woman, Cathy, trying to cope with her cancer.  This season she is going to fight back.  The show gives you some of the harsh realities of the iillness, along with some great character driven looks at different patients along the way.  This one is a great watch, especially if you have to cope with medical issues in your life.
