Louie: Season 2 DVD Review

Synopsis: Comedian Louis C.K. is back with another season of this critically acclaimed, Emmy-nominated hit. Spotlighting C.K.'s signature brand of twisted observational humor, Season Two follows the everyday trials of single dad Louie as he struggles to raise his kids, advance his career, and somehow get some action in the meantime. Facing one bummer after another, Louie takes on inattentive crowds, insane relatives, and a hair-raising U.S.O. tour of Afghanistan. Featuring a stellar array of guest stars including Joan Rivers, and Chris Rock, Louie Season Two comes fully loaded with unrestrained deleted scenes and commentaries by Louis C.K.

Review: We enjoy comedy here at the Legion as much as the next folks.  In fact, we love Louis C.K. as a comedian.  Often times when you give a stand-up their own show it...well it doesn't translate well, lets just say that (case in point, that new Russell Brand show...ugh).  Louie, however, is a complete HIT.  The show is ackward, painful, disturbing and all that wrapped neatly with a bow of self-loathing and you have Louie.  This FX network show is absolutely hilarious and never disappoints.  This DVD collects the complete second season and its a must-own.

Alice: The Complete First Season DVD Review

Synopsis:"...And if things work out she's going to stay awhile." And they sure did, resulting in "new girl" Alice sticking around for a triumphant nine season run that saw this new style sit-com become the standard bearer for the next generation of TV comedy. Alice is the story of Alice Hyatt (Linda Lavin), a recently widowed single mom who finds herself working as a waitress at an Arizona diner while caring for her pre-teen son, Tommy (Philip McKeon). The inimitable Vic Tayback plays Mel, the gruff owner of the diner, while Beth Howland and Polly Holliday play her co-workers, neurotic Vera and no-nonsense Flo. This 3-Disc, 24- Episode Collection collects the entire first season of the Bicentennial-era break-out hit, including the rarely seen pilot episode featuring Alfred Lutter from Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore, the film inspiration for Alice. Guest stars include Batman's Adam West, Victor Buono, and Dark Shadow's Lara Parker.
Review: Alice was a 1970s-80s television show that was based on a feature film titled "Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore".  The nine season show ran well into the 1980s with a premise of a widow trying to restart her life with her son, working at a roadside diner.  From there the show branched out into a huge character study with many different plot arcs.  This season, the firsts season, is arguably the best and the most pure to the show's idea.  This fantastic DVD from the Warner Archive is our first of (hopefully) many that will complete this series finally for fans!

Accident Blu-Ray Review

Synopsis: A self-styled accident choreographer, Ho Kwok-fai aka The Brain, (Louis Koo, Election, in one of the most compelling performances of his career) is a professional hit man who kills his victims by trapping them in well-crafted accidents that look like unfortunate mishaps but are in fact perfectly staged acts of crime. He is perennially plagued with guilt, as the avalanche of memories of his recently lost wife continue to haunt him. After one mission goes horribly wrong, costing the life of one of his men, Brain is convinced that this accident has been choreographed and someone is out there plotting to terminate him and his team. He becomes increasingly paranoid, walking the thin line between reality and delusion. When he discovers that a mysterious insurance agent, Chan Fong-chow, (Richie Jen, Exiled) is somewhat related to one of the accidents he has staged, Brain becomes obsessed with the idea that this man must be the mastermind behind a conspiracy to take him out. To regain his sanity and save his life, he must stay one step ahead of Fong before he makes his next move.

Review: We see a lot of film here at the Legion and it sometimes takes a movie from another country to really hit us upside the head and make an impression.  This film that gives a new take on being a professional hitman with many of the before seen themes of paranoia and a constant questioning of reality.  This one is stylized, action-packed and a wonderfully unique film that we cannot recommend enough to anyone that enjoys foreign cinema or is looking for something a bit different.

Synopsis: Tyler Perry stars as a successful and wealthy businessman who has always done what's expected of him...until he meets a single mother who inspires him to live the life he's always wanted.?

Review: Tyler Perry brings his signature charm and wit to this great life drama about a man that is focsed on his work and doing what he's supposed to.   This film, which has a modern fairy tale theme, is a lesson that perhaps what is expected of us isn't the correct path.  This one is charming, romantic and fantastic.

Tyler Perry's Aunt Bam's Place - The Play DVD Review

Synopsis: When family's falling out, it's time to call in Aunt Bam to set a few things straight! The fun begins when Bam's favorite nephew-in-law, Stewart, is granted weekend visitation with his children. He and his new wife are thrilled at the chance - until Stewart's drunken ex shows up with trouble in mind. Now it's up to Bam to calm things down in this high-spirited new play from Tyler Perry.

Review: Tyler Perry is well known for his outlandish comedies, and while he has a target audience, I've found a lot of universal appeal in his films.  Aunt Bam is another opinionated, over the top character that deals with various moral, spiritual and family issues in the film, all surrounded by crazy comedy.  This one is a must see for any Perry fan!

Franklin & Bash: The Complete First Season DVD Review

Synopsis: Jared Franklin (Breckin Meyer, Robot Chicken) and Peter Bash (Mark-Paul Gosselaar, NYPD Blue) have a funny way of practicing the law. From making out with a plaintiff, to fist fighting on the courtroom steps, to chugging beers as evidence, these rogue lawyers will pull any wild stunts to win a client’s case. But their unorthodox methods get results. That’s why eccentric attorney Stanton Infeld (Malcolm McDowell, The Artist) asks them to join his high-powered law firm. Prepare for a culture clash as Franklin & Bash teach the old legal system a few new tricks. The complete first season features guest stars Jason Alexander (Seinfeld), Beau Bridges (The Descendants), Harry Hamlin (L.A. Law), Tom Arnold (Sons of Anarchy) and Tricia Helfer (Battlestar Galactica).

Review: Franklin and Bash is the latest in a great history of whitty lawyer shows.  This one is a new TNT drama-comedy that stars Saved By the Bell alum Mark-Paul Gosselaar and comedic movie great Breckin Meyer (Ratrace).  These two together are a fantastically funny and pervy duo.  This is a great law show with the fun twist of the raunchy characters getting things done their own way.  This one has tons of laughs and really reminds me of some of Alan's antics on Boston Legal.  This is the law show for the next generations.  We definately recommend.

The special features include: Gag Reel, Franklin & Bash Behind the Scenes, Franklin & Bash & Friendship, Creating the Cases, Behind the Behind, Working for Franklin & Bash, Malcolm McDowell Office Tour, Man Cave Tour, Bilingual, Legalese and Hot Tub.

Bullhead Blu-Ray Review

Synopsis: In perhaps the year’s most stunning international debut, Michaël R. Roskam’s Bullhead is a harrowing tale of revenge, redemption and fate. Domineering cattle farmer Jacky Vanmarsenille (Mattias Schoenaerts in a ferocious breakout performance), constantly pumped on steroids and hormones following a childhood trauma, initiates a shady deal with a notorious mafioso meat trader. When an investigating federal agent is assassinated and a woman from his horrid past resurfaces, Jacky must confront far-reaching consequences and whether the real meaning of manhood is hormonal or emotional. Acclaimed at festivals worldwide, the award-winning Bullhead is visceral saga bursting with rage that TwitchFilm calls “one of the most original crime films in recent memory.”

Review: When you see the title "foreign film" a lot of things come to mind, most of which may be cliche, but Bullhead breaks this mold.  This belgian-produced indie flick centers around a cattle-farmer that injects not only his crop with suppliments, but himself as well.  This film centers around a seedy world of cattle and the sheer aggression in Jacky Vanmarsenille's life.  This one is an intense watch, but definately worth your time.

The special features on this blu-ray include: The Making of BULLHEAD, Interview with star Matthias Schoenaerts, Theatrical Trailer, Commentary with Director Michaël R. Roskam, Interview with Michaël R. Roskam and THE ONE THING TO DO: Roskam’s 2005 Short Film starring Matthias Schoenaerts.

Doc Martin: Series 5 DVD Review

Synopsis: Fatherhood hasn’t softened the dour Dr. Martin Ellingham (Martin Clunes, Men Behaving Badly). He’s about to take a new position in London when events conspire to keep him in Portwenn. His infant son with Louisa (Caroline Catz, Murder in Suburbia) needs a name, his replacement doesn’t seem up to the job, and he receives devastating news. Like it or not, he’s stuck in the scenic Cornish village with its quirky inhabitants—most of whom have grudgingly grown rather fond of the grumpy doctor. Although Martin has largely mastered his fear of blood, he still has no clue how to manage his life. How can he cope with sleepless nights, an aunt with issues, a flaky new receptionist, Louisa’s hippie mother, and the usual village dramas? This season, Emmy® winner Eileen Atkins (Cranford) joins the cast of the award-winning British drama.

Review: How does one describe Doc Martin?  He's House, only grumpier and stranger.  He's a grumpy, grumpy man with a huge phobia of blood..complicated for a doctor, right?  Somehow he makes it work and in this season he is about to leave his little village for London, but his replacement isn't up to his high standards, so he stays and deals with his new child and the drama going on around him.  They're all crazy, its not him..is it?   This one is an absolute gem and one of the best British shows around!

21 Jump Street Blu-Ray Review

Synopsis: Former high school foes turned rookie cop partners can't catch a break - until they're assigned to pose as students and bust a drug ring inside their old alma mater. Living like teenagers again, they slip back into their adolescent selves and risk the case - and their friendship - with hysterically disastrous results! Jonah Hill, Channing Tatum and Ice Cube star in this outrageously hilarious action-comedy!

Review: I'm going to level with you...21 Jump Street was a cruddy show.  It was in the early years of Fox and this tween/teen cop drama was lame.  It did, however, help to launch the career of a young Johnny Depp and for that we owe it thanks.  In the era of nostalgia that we're in Hollywood has taken the idea of 21 Jump Street and make it funny and without trying to stay too true to the original, they remake the idea and do it well. This film has action, humor and a fantastic cast....even some cameos from the TV show!  This one is a great watch, get out the popcorn and curl up on the couch for some fun.

His life is thrown into chaos when a band of renegade musicians decide to perform a musical apocalypse using the city as their orchestra. Reluctantly, Warnebring embarks on his first musical investigation

Review: The Sound of Noise is an absolutely eclectic and fantastical art house film that is laced with music and artistry.  The premise is a group of musicians must play a tune at all odds throughout a city to avoid an apocalypse.  Yeah, the premise is crazy and the film is as well, but its a fun indie ride for any musician or fan of music.

The Artist Blu-Ray Review

Synopsis: Hollywood 1927. George Valentin (Jean Dujardin) is a silent movie superstar. The advent of the talkies will sound the death knell for his career and see him fall into oblivion. For young extra Peppy Miller (Berenice Bejo), it seems the sky's the limit - major movie stardom awaits. The Artist tells the story of their interlinked destinies.

Review: We here at the Legion grew up watching a lot of vintage film.  I'm talking black and whites, noir, even silent films.   What appealed to us about the Artist right away was its throwback to this era.  The tale is set during the conversion into talking film or "talkies" and what happened to the silent film stars of the era as a new generation of Hollywood was born.  Its been said before, but the best way to describe this film is a huge love letter to the film of yesterday.  This one is charming, fun and absolutely riveting.  It makes us yearn for a time when Hollywood was in it's golden era.  We cannot recommend this film enough.

Mary Pickford: Muse of the Movies DVD Review

Synopsis: Mary Pickford, The Muse of the Movies traces the life and work of this legendary silent film star, movie pioneer, and keen businesswoman. Pickford s life (1892-1979) also parallels an even larger story, telling of the 'birth of the cinema' itself. Pickford co-created United Artists Studios, spearheaded the founding of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, as well as established the Motion Picture Retirement Home. Mary, known as 'America s Sweetheart' was the first actress to earn one million dollars, and only star to ever receive a 50% profit share of her movies. She was the first actor, male or female, to have her name placed on the Cinema s marquee along with the film s title, and she was the first to win an Oscar for Best Actress in a 'sound' motion picture for her performance in the 1929 film 'Coquette'. In 1976, Mary was presented with her second Academy Award for her humanitarian work. In this documentary, through restored vintage audio recordings, Pickford narrates her own story along with actor Michael York. Classic film clips, rare home movies, and cameo interviews with Adolph Zukor (founder of Paramount Studios), famed aviator Amelia Earhart, Douglas Fairbanks, Jr., Lillian Gish, Buddy Rogers (Pickford s last husband), as well as the only interview ever given by Pickford s daughter, Roxanne Rogers Monroe, give the viewer an in depth look into the early world of the American cinema.

Review: This fantastic documentary takes you inside the era of classic Hollywood and the life of the great actress, Mary Pickford.  This DVD has a vast montage of vintage clips, interviews and home movies that piece together Pickford's epic career, in her own words.  We found this documentary to be not only revealing, but so utterly in-depth that we know everything there is to know about this classic film vixen.  We cannot recommend this documentary feature enough!

A Bag of Hammers Blu-Ray Review

Synopsis: A Bag Of Hammers revolves around the friendship of two charming grifters, Ben and Alan, played by Jason Ritter and Jake Sandvig. Ben and Alan have built a successful though larcenous business, posing as car valets, only to steal the vehicles instead of parking them. Because of their less-than-ideal childhoods and a "job" that allows them to remain likeable boyish rogues well into their 20's, their penchant for crime is almost forgivable. However, everything changes when they meet a twelve-year-old boy named Kelsey. Neglected by his mother, Kelsey is drawn to Ben and Alan and they to him - eventually, Kelsey becomes part mascot, part protege. His presence ultimately forces Alan and Ben to choose between a life of crime and fun (an extended childhood) and the opportunity to grow up and deal with the emotional consequences that come with it.

Review: This charming indie flick had a short theatrical run, but thankfully is now available to us on blu-ray.  This is a well-written, excellently arranged film that focuses on a couple of criminal drifters with charm and wit in excess.  Their life of fun and crime may be coming to an end...if they choose the "adult" path.  This one explores the difficult line between childhood and adulthood that exists in today's society and is a fantastic example of indie film.

Synopsis: Ghost Rider Spirit of Vengeance - Nicolas Cage returns as Johnny Blaze - still struggling with his curse as the devil's bounty hunter - is hiding out in a remote part of Eastern Europe when he is recruited by a secret sect of the church to save a young boy (Fergus Riordan) from the devil (Ciaran Hinds). At first, Johnny is reluctant to embrace the power of the Ghost Rider, but it is the only way to protect the boy - and possibly rid himself of his curse forever.

Review: I wasn't a huge fan of the original Ghost Rider film.  I did enjoy the comics in the past, but I just wasn't big on the adaptation.  They came back stronger the second time around with an all-out action bash!  Spirit of Vengeance is a huge step-up from the initial film and Cage's attitude is all brand new.  He's angry and snarky about his fate and it really brings a fun edge to Johnny Blaze.   I know this one got some slack from fans for being a bit vapid, but thats what I'm looking for from a character like this one..there isn't a deep story to be had, just some head-bashing popcorn munching fun.

Tosh.0: Hoodies Blu-Ray Review

Synopsis: Tosh.0 delves into all aspects of the internet, featuring razor sharp humor and biting commentary from comedian Daniel Tosh. From the absolutely absurd to the incredibly ingenious, the series features viral clips, sketches, and "Web Redemptions" which give subjects of infamous viral videos a second chance to redeem themselves from the embarrassment with which they've become synonymous. It’s cable TV's most trusted source for exhibitionist weirdos, injurious idiots and all things Web.

Review: Finally!  Its about damn time.  Tosh.O, the ultra-hilarious hit Comedy Central series is beginning to hit blu-ray and DVD.  You can see the first 10 episodes of season one (not the full season) and his mocking online video after video.  The first season was the best, he appears to pander less to demographics with overly masoginistic rants.  We laugh our asses off at this show and this new blu-ray will grace our player for a long time!  We definately recommend.

Synopsis: Tara Adams (Debby Ryan: Jessie, The Suite Life on Deck) is just an ordinary high school junior... except for one little thing. Tara’s got a secret—a secret identity, in fact; she’s Radio Rebel, the most popular radio DJ in Seattle. In person, Tara is as shy as they come, but on the air, Radio Rebel is the smoothest talker around—a skill she needs more than ever right now, since her school is in the midst of a clique-crisis. Radio Rebel gives voice to all kids, popular and unpopular alike, and questions the status quo, to the chagrin of her school's administration. Now, with the principal hot on the trail of Radio Rebel’s true identity, and mean girl Stacy coming between her and cute boy Gavin, Tara must decide between keeping her identity a secret, or being true to herself… and risk losing everything.

Review: Radio Rebel is a tween-geared film that originally aired on the Disney Channel.  Often times when you encounter made for network film like this its...well, lackluster to say the least.  Radio Rebel delights with a ton of crossover appeal.  The film focuses on a shy young girl that is secretly a gregarious radio DJ by night.  Its charming, funny and I can say as testimonial that my own kids LOVED it.

The Hidden Blade Blu-Ray Review

Synopsis: This is an epic tale of Munezo, a samurai being displaced in a rapidly changing Japan. He was raised to respect tradition and the demanding moral code of the samurai and now circumstances are forcing him to make difficult personal and political choices. After a political coup fails, he is ordered to prove his innocence by finding and killing Yaichiro, a former friend, samurai and brilliant swordsman. Munezo secretly enlists the help of their former master who entrusts him with the secret of The Hidden Blade. Now he must choose between duty and honor.

Review: The Hidden Blade is a fantastic piece of Japanese history that focuses on a time not so long ago when modern-era politics were pushing out the lords and feudal system of the past, thus eliminating the prestige and quite honestly the placement of the samurai.  The film is epic in scope and is absolutely brilliant.  We highly recommend this one.

Superman vs The Elite Blu-Ray / DVD Review

Synopsis: The Elite, a team of super-powered antiheroes, is renowned for killing their enemies. Despite the acclaim and approval the Elite enjoy, Superman knows they are in the wrong, creating more harm than good by their methods. Tensions between them finally culminate in a mass showdown on Jupiter’s moons, when Superman is forced to prove that violence is never a positive.

Review: Superman vs. the Elite opens with this great Sex Pistols-esque Punk rock-retro Superman montage.  Its sets a great tone right off the bat.   I think that I benefit a lot from the Dc Universe films in that I haven't read a lot of the story arcs that they're based on and that makes them far more enjoyable for me personally.  I have no idea what is coming and I like it that way.

The focus in this film is the age-old comic book fan debate on whether heroes like Superman and Batman should keep capturing the same criminals, knowing full well they’ll break out of prison and kill again.  Superman, the ultimate boyscout that he is, refuses to kill.   Enter a motley crew of "superheroes" that are willing to get the job done!  This film explores some fantastic themes..the acting is great, the animation is great and the overall story is fantastic.  This one is an A+ to any fan of Superman, Dc Comics or just comic book themed characters in general!  This one is not for kids, beware the foul language and PG-13 rating!

Babar - The Classic Series Season One DVD Review

Synopsis: When Babar grows up, he's crowned king of the elephants, marries Celeste and has kids. One of the greatest lessons he learns is that despite life's challenges, great things are always possible. Beloved series filled with learning lessons, based on Jean de Brunhoff's book series

Review: This sweet new DVD represents all 13 episodes of the classic Babar animated series.  This show is a fantastic series that was aired on HBO years back.  This one should appeal to young kids.  Its a wonderful show that has great morals and a lovable cast of characters.  In an era where Spongebob rules the air, this one is considerably less manic and far more appropriate.

Rogue River DVD Review

Synopsis: Taking a trip into the isolated wilderness of Oregon to scatter her father's ashes, Mara meets a kindly older gentleman, Jon, who offers to give her a ride after she discovers her car has been towed by the local sheriff. She begrudgingly accepts, only to be later abducted by him and subjected to various methods of emotional and physical torture. Risking everything to escape this hell, she won't stop running until she finds safety.

Review: Is Rogue River scary?  That all depends on how desentitized you are by the horror genre.  This one falls into the abduction/torture/survial genre, which believe it or not IS a genre!  This film will shock and horrify the average viewer, without a doubt.  It will mildly amuse a genre fan.  A girl is abducted by a sadistic couple and graphically tortured.  "Nuff Said.

Hatfields & McCoys: Bad Blood DVD Review

Synopsis: In this bloody long-standing feud, two families seek vengeance against each other as they unmercifully attempt to destroy each other's loved ones.

Review: There is a lot of talk recently about the Hatfields and McCoys.   This legendary feud is surrounded by a lot of legend and who knows that this point what is what.   This film has a great cast, rounded by Christian Slater and Perry King.  This one is a great film..it does watch more like a made for TV movie, which is fine in this instance.   The acting is solid and the story is great.   There is more of a glamorized clean feel, rather than a gritty old west feel to it.  This one is a fun watch and is a great way to learn more about this legendary feud.

Workaholics: Seasons 1 & 2 Blu-Ray Review

Synopsis: Workaholics is Comedy Central's hit series that follows three friends fresh out of college who live and work together as telemarketers. The crew spends their days scheming together to avoid doing any real work and their nights looking for good times. Join Anders, Blake and Adam as the first two seasons unfold bringing all 20 hysterical episodes into one wild fully torqued experience.

Review: "Gotta be Fresh"....as the beatbox inspired theme song to this slacker comedy series unfolds you know you're watching genius.  This show is basically a take off Office Space adapted to TV with the characters from Beavis and Butthead.  I don't mean that in a critical way, its absolute genius.  The show has moments where its just stupid..but thats quickly followed by something hilarious.   There is everything from rampant drug use to sex, violence and downright contempt for the man.  Take this chance to buy the first two seasons together on blu-ray..do yourself a favor..sit back relax and have a good laugh.

The Greatest Diamond Robbery DVD Review

Synopsis: Red Skelton was already a presence on early TV, brining creations like Clem Kadiddlehopper and Freddie the Freeloader into millions of living rooms, when he made his last film for MGM, the studio that had been his movie home since 1940. The beloved funnyman portrays diamond cutter Ambrose C. Park (the middle initials stands for "Central") in The Great Diamond Robbery. Park is eager to demonstrate his talent to his employer by working on the rare Blue Goddess diamond. It's a delicate task. One mistake and the gem will be worthless. Two mistakes: it'll be worthlesser! But Park confidently takes on the job, accompanied by criminals who have convinced him they're his long-lose family and who secretly aim to steal the diamond after it's cut. Will Park find out he's being hoodwinked before it's too late? Most certainly. And that's when the antic finale begins...

Review: Red Skelton does it again!  He finds a way to enterain audiences throughout the ages with this great vintage 1954 classic, the Greatest Diamond Robbery!    This one is full if insanity, as Skelton portrays a man that was abandoned as a child and wishes to find his parents.  A criminal gang is eager to take advantage of that fact and poses as his parents to get close to the uncut diamonds he works with.  Hilarity ensues.  We highly recommend this one.  Good old movie, great time and perfect for the entire family!

The Yankles Blu-Ray Review

Synopsis: A down-and-out ex-baseball player, Charlie Jones, needs to meet his community service hours as a coach. The problem is no team wants him. It takes the Yankles, an obscure orthodox yeshiva baseball team desperate for a coach, to give Charlie his second chance. A humorous match made in heaven, both Charlie and the team rise to unexpected triumphs resulting in entrance to the college world series. With the championship in reach, it seems the Yankles just might need a miracle for that ultimate grand slam victory.

Review: This feel-good underdog sports film is a great watch.  You've seen films like this before, but they never get old.  This one has a particular focus on Jewish culture, but much like films like The Zohan, you don't need to be Jewish to understand and enjoy it.

New Tricks: Season 7 DVD Review

Synopsis: RETIRED COPS SOLVE COLD CASES IN THIS HIT BRITISH SERIES
In this wildly popular crime series, aging cops and traditional sleuthing trump high-tech gadgets and modern criminology. James Bolam (The Beiderbecke Affair), Alun Armstrong (Garrow’s Law), and Dennis Waterman (The Sweeney) star as three detectives pulled out of retirement to unravel cases that stumped the Metropolitan Police. Their beautiful boss, Detective Superintendent Sandra Pullman (Amanda Redman, Sexy Beast), keeps them on track and mostly out of trouble as they follow their hunches and bend the rules.

Strong writing, ample humor, and a splendid cast have made this one of the most-watched shows on British television. This time around, the team has its hands full with unsolved murders, an 18-year-old abduction, and a 30-year-old robbery that threatens the team’s very existence. Guest stars include Rupert Graves (Death at a Funeral), Paul Rhys (Chaplin), Samantha Bond (Downton Abbey), and Siân Phillips (I, Claudius).

Review:  What happens when you take some retired cops and put them back on the job to work on cold cases?  Well, in the case of this sometimes darkly humorish british drama you get a lot of hijinks.  This is no slapstick, these are real CSI-esque cold cases, but the motley crew reminds you more of something in Breakout Kings with personalities sometimes clashing and what appears to be an absolute need to break the rules!  This DVD release is season 7 for this great show.  You can go back and collect them all..what is great about shows like this is that you can just jump right in, no need to have the back library until you're sure you enjoy it.....but you will!

The special features include: BONUS Behind-the-scenes featurette (8 min.) and bloopers (10 min.) and SDH subtitles

Interest Range: Drama
