Synopsis: Two wacky, novice filmmakers receive a billion dollars to make a movie, only to squander every dime. Afraid for their lives, they attempt to revitalize a failing shopping mall to make the money back. Featuring cameos from some of the biggest names in comedy!

Review: Ok, now if you're a fan of Tim and Eric, then you're going to love this one.  Hands down, no brainer for you.  If you're not familiar with their work, look it up first and make sure you dig their style.  There is a lot of uncomfortable silence and ackward close-ups involved in their unique brand of comedy.  This film is hilarious from start to finish.  It does have a few moments that drag..but very few.  Some fantastic guest stars in Will Ferrell, Will Forte and Zach Galifawhateverhisname is from the Hangover.  This one is a gut-buster for anyone that enjoys oddball comedy.
