Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Rise of the Turtles DVD Review
Synopsis: Emerging from their hidden lair in the sewers for the very first time, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are ready to explore the bustling streets of New York City. Join these four ninja brothers – Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo – as they learn to work as a team and do battles against enemies including Kraang-droids, a mad scientist, a robot turtle, and more!
Review: The Ninja Turtles are back with an all new, and welcome, breath of life!  Ever since Nick bought the full rights to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise fans were waiting anxiously to see what they would do with it.  I must say, they have exceeded my expectations.   This stylized Nick TMNT CGI cartoon is full of great story, character deveopment, action and of course humor!  This first DVD collects the first six episodes from season one, which will give you great characters like Baxter Stockman and the hilarious Metalhead.  There is a moment where the Kraang takes over Metalhead that is just to die for.  This show is hilarious and so much fun its ridiculous.  We definately recommend!

The special features include: 6 “Making Of” Animatics, Theme Song: Karaoke Music Video and Dolby Digital English 5.1 Surround.  The DVD also includes a great TMNT poster (see pic below).
