Synopsis: JOE CONAHEY, A HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL COACH WHOSE CHRISTIAN FAITH IS TESTED BY A SEASON OF DISCONTENT. JOE HITS ROCK BOTTOM WHEN HIS ADOPTED SON JOSH, THE TEAM'S TALENTED BUT SELF-CENTERED STAR, TRANSFERS TO A BIG-CITY SCHOOL, BETRAYING HIS TEAMMATES AND FAMILY.

Review: Breaking the Press is the latest in a recent series of Christian-themed films about familiy and sports.  This one centers around a coach and his son that leaves town to play ball in the big city and the ethical challenges he faces.  This is a nice family film for religious folks.  The acting is pretty good, all in all its about the quality of a made for TV movie.
