The Help Two-Disc Blu-ray/DVD Combo Review

Synopsis: An aspiring author during the civil rights movement of the 1960s decides to write a book detailing the african american maids point of view on the white families they work for and their hardships they go through on a day to day basis.

Review: The Help was a moving novel and its certainly a dramatic and moving feature film.  The aim of the movie is truly geared towards a female audience, but thats not a bad thing by any means for guys.  The film is centered around race relations in the 1960s and it delves into several characters from the help's point of view.  The film is touching, funny and a joy to watch.  Men and women can both easily enjoy this one and its a great moment in time that shouldn't be forgotten.

Interest Range: Drama
