Forced To Fight Blu-Ray Review
Synopsis:
World kick-boxing champion Gary Daniels (The Expendables) stars with Peter
Weller (RoboCop I & II, TV’s Dexter) in the adrenaline-fuelled mixed martial
arts action-thriller FORCED TO FIGHT. Once a legend in the brutal world of
illicit underground fighting, Shane Slavin (Daniels) decides to turn his life
around, promising his wife and young son he’s fought his last battle. But when
his younger brother betrays a ruthless crime boss (Weller), Shane is forced back
into the arena to pay his brother’s debts and to protect his family. Now Shane
must confront a gauntlet of incredibly savage, no-holds-barred fights with no
rules, no mercy and just two possible outcomes: win… or die fighting
Review: I've seen a lot of martial arts films in my day. To that end, I've seen a lot of martial arts films that are based on underground fighting rings. This is the latest in that line of fun films. What makes this one stand out is the modern feel and the villain...oh, the villain. Peter Weller (Robocop) plays the bad guy on this one and he is so creepy, he really makes the film. This one has some great action and fighting and is definately a fun watch for anyone into the genre.
