Changing the Game DVD Review

Synopsis: An epic tale about a supremely intelligent young African-American male who rises from the ferocious and oppressive streets of North Philadelphia to become a shining star in the lucrative world of high finance at Wall Street's most prestigious firm. However, he soon finds that the white-collar world is filled with crime and death just like the drug-filled hood he left behind. His only chance for survival is to fully integrate a mysterious gift from a slain childhood friend into the fabric of his character.

Review:  One thing right off the bat that is nice about this film is that it is unique.  I've never seen a film that directly shares this context and thats rare these days after seeing so many.  I really enjoy Sticky Fingaz (Blade the TV Series) as an actor, so that is a bonus, as well.  The high impact world of white collar work is just as, if not often more, brutal as the streets...a lesson hard learned.  Money doesn't make you a better off person..it doesn't bring morals or class..it just gives you more problems!  Great movie, we definately recommend.

Interest Range: Drama
