LeapFrog: The Amazing Alphabet Amusement Park DVD Review

Synopsis: Help Lily, Tad, and Scout find the letters to start the fun at the amusement park! When their firefly friend, Edison, takes Tad, Lily and Scout to the place of his childhood dreams, the gang is shocked to discover that Alistair Alphabelly's Amazing Amusement Park is... closed! To make matters worse, Edison has gotten himself stuck atop the Amazing Alphabet Ferris Wheel. The only way to save him is to turn on the rides in the park with the magic of the alphabet. Now the children must learn all of the letters, big and small, to save their friend, save the day and perhaps even meet the rhyme master himself, Alistair Alphabelly!

Review: The LeapFrog gang is always a great source of both educational content and entertainment for little ones.  Their DVDs are not only fun to watch, but the learning content is strong and the songs are well produced.

In this new DVD adventuere we're introduced to Tad and Lily's new dog, Scout!  The addition of the cute new character is great. The animation is in the new design, first premiered in LeapFrog: Lets Go To School, which we reviewed last year.  One thing also of note...the LeapFrog DVDs now include closed captioning, which is wonderful.  Overall, this was a great watch, the kids loved it and they definately learned a lot.  Highly recommended!

Interest Range: Educational, Animation
