Counterpunch DVD Review
Synopsis: Based on a true story. A young boxer, Emilio, from the wrong side of the tracks
with big dreams of winning the Golden Gloves boxing championship, finds himself
at a cross roads after being locked up. As he fights his way back into the
winning circle he gets a second shot at the championship title
Review: Counterpunch is exactly what the synopsis advertises..its a poor boy that fights his way to the top through determination and skill. Danny Trejo is a welcome addition to a cast that, while they were good actors, were fairly unknown to me. This one was a great watch, well made and certainly fun.
